The Canton Chiefs varsity baseball team defeated Livonia Franklin 6-5 in non conference action tonight. Sophomore Teddy Winstel had 3 hits and 3 rbi for the Chiefs. Junior Caleb Williams, sophomore Tommy Murphy, and senior Tommy Wietfeld added 2 hits each while sophomore Devin Ekpa picked up the win in relief. The Chiefs will begin MHSAA district playoff action 6/3 vs Livonia Churchill @ Northville High School at 10:00 AM.
